A Winner On Our Cupping Bench
Yellow Topaz is a hybrid of Mundo Novo and Yellow Catuaí coffee varietals, celebrated for its sweet, creamy body and vibrant, fruity character.
The cherries ripen to a bright yellow, not red, hence the name.
The term "Topaz" is a nod to the gemstone, highlighting the coffee's bright and vibrant flavour profile.
Once harvested the cherries are dried naturally under the sun to help develop all that sweetness.
Who said dessert is only for the evenings?
A Real Treat
You’ll taste soft ribbons of toffee weaving through each sip, with a whisper of sweet lemon pie lingering at the finish... bright, buttery, and just the right side of indulgent.
Whether brewed as espresso or poured slow through a filter, this coffee is your new favourite ritual.
A hug in a cup. A moment to savour.
Have the Brazil Yellow Topaz on a Sunday morning with milk for that long lasting soft lemon meringue pie that will leave you coming back for more.
