Origin story

Something rather unusual happened in the roastery this weekend.

We arrived Monday morning to find the place… different.

The scales had been moved. The grinder dialled in. Sample trays laid out like someone had been doing some very serious tasting. And across the bench ran a neat trail of tiny paw prints.

Naturally, we followed them.

Straight into the roasting room.

It seems a team of highly determined Easter bunnies had spent the night experimenting. Tasting. Adjusting. Arguing over sweetness and body like seasoned coffee roasters.

Eventually they landed on something special.

A blend built around deep chocolate richness, wrapped in smooth caramel sweetness that settles into the cup like a small Easter treat.

Of course we had to try it.

One sip in and we realised something important.

Those bunnies really know their coffee.
