• This powered chai brings back fond memories of travels in the past, where we burnt our mouths on steaming hot chai tea from an indian street merchant.....and seemed to go back for more!

• 1. Using the dosing scoop, add 1 full scoop (20g) of Jasper spiced masala powder into 150ml of cold milk in a frothing jug.

  2. Froth the milk and powder together until it reaches 68 °C.

  3. Serve with a light dusting of cinnamon Dusting Powde, then Enjoy!
