A Winner On Our Cupping Bench
Yellow Topaz is a hybrid of Mundo Novo and Yellow Catuaí coffee varietals, celebrated for its sweet, creamy body and vibrant, fruity character.
The cherries ripen to a bright yellow, not red, hence the name.
The term "Topaz" is a nod to the gemstone, highlighting the coffee's bright and vibrant flavour profile.
Once harvested the cherries are dried naturally under the sun to help develop all that sweetness.

Returning Special Releases
Each of these special coffees we have had on more than one occasion...
Some coffees are incredibly difficult to source, like Jamaica Blue Mountain and Yemen. But it is our aim to get them in as much as possible. Throughout the year, we import these coffees directly in order to bring these special releases back whenever we can. Other coffees are less difficult to source, but we love them so much, that we bring them back for a special treat.
