This month we have a great lineup of coffees hand picked by our team at the roastery.
Colombia Anei
Is always a treat. Perfect for when you want a well rounded full body but sweet coffee.
Yirgacheffe Adamegorborta
This grade 1 Fairtrade Organic arabica from Yirgacheffe is full of toffee and rich caramel. You really can't go wrong here, it doesn't matter how you brew at home. We recommend trying this coffee both black and milk as the flavour works well in both.
Kenya Fine Estate
It can be easy to forget about Kenya when there are so many great Ethiopian coffees about, but don't sleep on this one. Kenya has some of the most nuanced coffees you can find and this is no exception. We recommend this as a black coffee, through filter, plunger or aeropress.
Mexican Chiapas
We finally have some supply back of this brilliant coffee. It's been a long time coming. Our Mexico Chiapas has a big following in all our stores with notes of cinnamon and malt. Strong in flavour, but easy to drink.
Brazil Yellow Topaz
A unique special release, bright and bold with sweet citrus and toffee. It could be easy to mistake this coffee for a high acidity single origin, however our Melbourne roasting team do an incredible job letting this coffee sit in mallard for just long enough to really bring out the caramelisation, creating a well rounded flavour.
Blend Two
As we come into spring, this coffee lets us bask in what remains of the wind and rain. A rich nutty coffee that is beautiful with milk. Full of almond and hazelnut notes. Yum!
