Process: Fully washed
Variety: Caturra & Catuai
Elevation: 1100 - 2000 masl
Region: Tarrazu, Santa Marta de Dota

Protected by the Pacific basin range, this region is a sanctuary of exotic birds and thick forest. Dota farmers have a reputation for harvesting the coffee cherry when it’s very ripe, and this in combination with the region’s unique soil qualities produces a coffee of exceptional character.

THE PRODUCERS
CoopeDota is the name of the pioneering coffee cooperative that processes these beans. Founded in 1960, and based in the Dota region, they are famous forproducing the world's first ever carbon neutral certified coffee.

In 2024, CoopeDota launched Project One—a wide-reaching sustainability initiative designed to address land, air, and water usage within a circular economy framework.

    Incredibly delicious!
