As the all time favourite of our roaster, Tong, he loves it blended with Yemen Ishmaili and dribbled ristretto into the back of the mouth. The intense sweetness is subliminally smooth and private as an ecstatic cosmic experience that in any other guise normally comes at special moments, that cannot be shared. This is momentary stuff.

a coffee delight without bitterness
I like Kenye peaberry, but this is my short black favourite, and makes a great evaporato - long black with evaporated milk!!!
I remember “Carnation your coffee” from the seventies.

Ethiopia Djimma
It has everything I want to start my day. I have only just discovered Jasper Coffee and have tried Blends 4 and 8 and this one. Loved the blends, more so Blend 8 which I found a little darker. However, Ethiopia Djimma has a boldness and sharpness which I prefer.

Great coffee,
Use it in my Breville Oracle coffee machine and the taste is smooth and creamy
