Origin story
This is the iconic Brunswick Street blend where caffeine dudes need their hit . The original blend came from the mid 90’s upon request from Kate at Newtown Social Club and remains today that rich brew which resonates as a memorable long black, and shines when extracted short and intense. Beans are from Nicaragua, Brasil, Ethiopia, Sulawesi, Sumatra and New Guinea and as complex and varied as Brunswick Street itself.

Filter/plunger dose: 42 grams

Temp: 90 degrees
Coffee-to-water ratio: 1:16 or 1:17

    Nice flavour

    I like to keep the ground coffee in a container to make a cup of long black every morning. Caffeine Club is the best :-)
