Who said dessert is only for the evenings?
So, what’s the vibe in the cup?
🍯 Toffee —smooth, sweet undertones.
🍋 Lemon Pie — bright and sweet but not overpowering or harsh.
Why does it taste this good?
Yellow Topaz is a hybrid of Mundo Novo and Yellow Catuaí coffee varietals, celebrated for its sweet, creamy body and vibrant, fruity character.
The cherries ripen to a bright yellow, not red, hence the name.
The term "Topaz" is a nod to the gemstone, highlighting the coffee's bright and vibrant flavour profile.
Once harvested the cherries are dried naturally under the sun to help develop all that sweetness.
We have roasted this coffee medium/light to bring out the natural caramelisation while maintaining it's lovely bright characters. Trust us, you will love it.
Who are the growers?
Pinhal Farm, nestled in Brazil’s Campos da Vertente region, is run by Pedro and his father João Newton.
Together, they grow exceptional coffee with care, planting high-quality varieties like Bourbon and Topázio.
Beyond the beans, they support their local community and run a shelter for rescued birds—releasing them back to the wild in partnership with local environmental groups.
A farm full of flavour, heart, and purpose.
