Coffee Subscription T&Cs

Terms and conditions for Jasper Coffee online subscriptions:

Your on-going subscription will be dispatched from our warehouse at your selected frequency (every 1-4 weeks) commencing on your original order date.

 

For ongoing paid subscriptions:

Your bank account will be charged on the date your order renews, with every order that your subscription is used to purchase.

Subscriptions can be paused, skipped, canceled or altered after the third order (please let us know of changes 48 hours prior to your dispatch date)

Your nominated bank account will be charged the day of dispatching your coffee subscription.

 

For pre-paid subscriptions:

You will be charged up front for your subscription, pre-paying the full amount.

Once purchased refunds for a prepaid subscription are not possible.

You can pause your subscription and resume it at a later date.

As per our standard T&Cs, if a product is damaged in the post, we will replace it upon proof of the damage. Please send a photo of damaged goods.
