About the People
The producers of the Axola Cooperative are the indigenous peoples of Mayan Popti ethnicity. In the local dialect, Axola means “Ruins surrounded by water”, in reference to the archaeological sites in the area.
Guatemala Finca Axola is milder in flavour to our usual Blend 10 but it is perfect for an afternoon iced coffee.
