Adjusting your Jasper Coffee subscription is easy. You can pause, skip, edit, change quantities any time.
1. Click “Log In” in the navigation bar beside the shopping cart icon on the top right of the website.
2. Enter your customer login details.
3. Once you’re logged in, click on 'manage subscription' - underneath your name on the left.
4. You’re in! This is where you’ll manage everything related to your Jasper Coffee subscription.
You can pause your subscription by clicking on the “Pause subscription” button under Subscription Status.
You can change the frequency of your subscription, selecting from 1, 2, 3 or 4 weeks - under Order Frequency.
You can change your billing address and shipping address under the “Address and shipping information” tab.
You can edit your payment information under “Payment information”.
You can see the products you’re subscribed to under the “Products in your subscription” tab. There, you can also edit the quantity you’d like.
You can skip or edit the quantity of future orders under the “Manage upcoming orders” tab.
If you have a discount code applied to your subscription, it will show under the “Discount code” tab.
You can see all past transactions for your subscription under the “Transaction history” tab.
You can cancel your subscription under the “Cancel Subscription” tab.
If you want to change the subscription itself, you have to delete the product, then create a new subscription from the product page you want to subscribe to.
