In our quest to find the most stunning Fairtrade coffees from around the world we were lured to the region of Chiapas renowned for political uprising and visionaries. This coffee is as fascinating as the region it comes from, with punch and complexity it reflects its origin with bold flavours that excite the palate.

Hours of fun tasting this coffee in different methods has lead to Jasper recommending that this vibrant and incredibly tasty coffee excels as an espresso. If you like to use a plunger, you will find enhanced creamy buttery characters.
