For years, Jasper Coffee has been proudly served alongside the incredible wines of Pfeiffer Wines in Rutherglen.
Our own Jasper practically grew up there – celebrating every birthday at the winery, running around during the Winery Walkabout Festival each June, and sharing adventures with Jen Pfeiffer herself (yes, Rock it like a Redhead Jen).

We’ve worked tirelessly to make an impact, whether through our partnership with the Hama Cooperative in Yirgacheffe, Ethiopia, alongside World Vision, improving water access and livelihoods, or supporting farmers in Honduras and Peru through sustainable practices and direct relief funding for families and coffee growers.

Who is Jasper?
We are Melbourne’s independent coffee pioneer, known for crafting ethically sourced, great tasting blends and single origin roasts.
Started by Merilyn and Wells, two young artists in 1989 and named after their son, Jasper.
We have dedicated ourselves to roasting really damn good coffee while re-humanising the coffee supply chain, improving the lives of coffee growers all over the world.
With 35 years of passion for sustainability and quality, we’re excited to bring you rich, flavourful coffees that you can feel great about sipping each and every day.
