Grown without the use of pesticides or herbicides, this select tea is low in tannin, has a rich, clear a delicate taste.
- We have been hooked on this beautifully balanced easy driving tea ever since the late Bill Bennett, Australia’s Guru of tea poured our first cup in 1989.
Throughout his life, Bill championed the tea plantations of New Guinea. Convinced its quality was equal to any, he steadfastly fought for its place in the Australian Tea Industry.
Like Bill, this Tea is in a class of its own. Grown on five select plantations in the New Guinea Highlands, these Orange Pekoe leaves are broken to increase the surface area in contact with water, thus producing a full flavour profile.
